      I find myself deep in thought recently, perhaps because of the recent class debate. I am frustrated. I don't mean to rant, but hell it's my blog so I shall rant all I want. This country frightens me! We have been so bent on fighting terrorists we haven't paid enough attention to our own country and the internal terrorism we are facing!
      We are the people and we are supposed to form our government, but its become a broken system in which, the people are simply mindless cogs. Why are the people afraid of their government? We out number them, by quite a bit. Why can't we fight back? Our government is making choices that will send us into a crash. 
      Currently, America has just published an act called "Sustaining U.S. Global Leadership: priorities for 21st century defense" this plan states we are pulling out of The Middle East only to jump China. CHINA OWNS US! The government is setting all of us up for a fall and we'll be the ones taking all the damage.
      I want nothing more then to stand together, how about you?

  So terribly sorry I've been away, my life has been a haze of tests and holidays; however, in a storm of confetti and glitter I have emerged, ready to regale those willing to listen. I received a new guitar for Christmas and have been play near constantly. She still has that new guitar sound.

News Room, Oh how I love thee!

  My first thought will revolve around how much I love news rooms and newspapers.
  I truly adore this slowly dying art form, it is a passion I think only people that experience it can really understand. There's something very special about a news rooms...vibe? It tends to bring out a chaotic determination in most people, specifically those born to the life. I fall madly in love with this feeling whenever it is presented to me. There's a certain camaraderie involved in a news room that baffles me and fills me with a sense of pride to even be connected to it.
   The air in a newspaper office is filled with a sense that you, the outsider, are behind, missing something, and lacking a special pass to the inner circle; one must work very hard to overcome this, but when you do I assure you it's worth it.
  I would gladly get up every day to go be a part of the glorious chaos that is a newsroom!
  I also adore the smell of a freshly printed newspaper

  Some day I think I will have a modification of this quote tattooed on my body, for it summarises the reason I love journalism and all that is encompassed in its not always noble history. The printed word is dying out, when it dies out completely I believe a piece of my soul will follow. Until that day I will proudly, passionately, and unflinchingly dedicate myself to this wonderful vocation.

Ah, The First Post.

  I don't have big plans to become the next must read blog, mainly because I can't even think of a first, I just want to share my thoughts with those who wish to read them.
  Once a week I plan to post a review of a movie that I'm found of. I'll also post any interesting happenings in my world. If i get a hold of a webcam I'll post some videos of Karma and I.
  I suppose in the end this blog is just a way of trying to make my thoughts make someone else smile or give them pause for thought.
